In stock orders placed before 5:00 pm Pacific Time will ship next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm will ship within 2 business days.
Silly Squirrels ships via USPS, UPS, and in rare case FedEx
Shipping time estimated 4-7 days for all services. Please keep in mind that these are the Postal Service's estimates. I am not responsible for delays caused by the Postal Service.

CANADA
All International orders will be charged a flat fee of $30 to ship. You will either be required to pay extra shipping if more is required or will be compensated for any overage you were charged. DROP SHIPMENTS
Some items may ship directly from their manufacturer (known as "Drop Shipping"). This is beneficial for you, the customer, as well as Silly Squirrels! It allows me to keep a wider variety of items available without having to use my living room for storage (LOL!), and it provides you with a wider selection without compromising shipping price or times! Unless specifically stated in the product description, shipping time will be comparable to Silly SquirrelsÂ’, and there will be no additional shipping charge. Because of this, items may sometimes arrive in separate packages.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
I don't carry any products that I don't personally TRUST & LOVE! I am confident that you will love them as well. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, I encourage you to call or email me with your concerns. I will be more than happy to personally assist you! If you are still not 100% happy with your purchase, I will gladly refund your purchase price upon return of the merchandise according to the following guidelines:
1. Please call or email me (864-294-8759 or betsy@sillysquirrels.com ) and I will provide you with the address to which the merchandise should be returned.
2. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the return involves a defect, and customer has contacted Silly Squirrels regarding the defect).
3. Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.
4. I strongly encourage you to get a delivery confirmation for your shipment. I am not responsible for returns lost in the mail!
5. Cloth Diapers- You never know how a diaper will fit until you try it on your little one! If you have any questions about the fit of a particular brand, please call or email me! If you get a diaper, and the fit was not quite what you expected, I will refund ONE used diaper. All others must be unused & unwashed, so be sure to try one diaper on your child before washing the rest! The same applies to diaper package deals. I will only refund ONE used cloth diaper from a package purchase. All others must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (if applicable) to qualify for a refund.
6. For hygienic reasons, I can not accept returns on Cloth Menstrual Pads and products. If you are not satisfied with either of these products, please contact me (864-294-8759 or betsy@sillysquirrels.com ) and I will be glad to offer you a discount on your next purchase!
